The Wasatch Chorale is a community choir based in Provo, Utah, whose mission is to perform high-quality, engaging music for the community. Now 48 years old, the group provides several concerts per year, both alone and combined with other choirs, symphonies, special performers, and skilled instrumentalists.

Our artistic director, Alison Unsworth, has been involved in choral music her whole life. She earned her bachelor's degree in Choral Education from Brigham Young University and her master's degree in Choral Conducting from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Assistant Director Search Underway The Wasatch Chorale is seeking a new assistant conductor for the 2023-2024 season! The assistant conductor position is vital for the success of this adult community choir, and is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience conducting a choir. Responsibilities include leading sectionals, rehearsing and performing several selections on each concert, attending a 2-hr rehearsal on each Wednesday evening, and frequently leading warm-ups.
